These may be capped by your tier, but those you can access are very well designed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There's probably no CRM with as many high-quality features as HubSpot. It just doesn't have the range of features HubSpot is famous for. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just about everything ActiveCampaign does, it does well. Note that for this comparison, I tried out HubSpot's Sales Hub (Professional tier) and ActiveCampaign's Marketing + CRM (Professional tier). Though ActiveCampaign has a really solid dashboard that's simple to use and change, HubSpot's is more customizable and more easily integrates custom report widgets.ĪctiveCampaign and HubSpot have similar onboarding and support features, but ActiveCampaign builds them into all their packages while HubSpot offers them as paid services. If you have a client that is likely to scale to an enterprise-level company that may transition to Salesforce, Oracle, etc. Also, pay very close attention to the data ownership as well. Paying for every 1,000 contacts in your CRM sucks - hard - no matter how well off your client or how big their budgets. However, I'm leaning more towards Zoho for small business clients I freelance for even though I'd prefer Hubspot for them due to the difference in price and pricing structure. The UX/UI is fantastic, support is second to none (probably really what you're paying for here), and the systems are cutting edge. I've been drinking Hubspot's Inbound kool-aid since 2013 and I have never been let down by their service but I have been let down several times on how badly they nickel and dime you for new features, functions, reports, etc.
